Abu Garcia provides Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders. This policy explains order processing, estimated delivery times, tracking, international charges, and what to do if a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged.

Free Worldwide Shipping
Abu Garcia offers Free Worldwide Shipping to customers around the world. No standard shipping charge is added to eligible orders at checkout.
Shipping availability may depend on whether a valid delivery address can be accepted during checkout. Please enter your complete address carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 days after they are successfully placed and payment is confirmed.
Processing includes reviewing the order details, preparing the items, and arranging the shipment. Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time that begins after the order has shipped.
If additional information is needed to process an order, Abu Garcia may contact the customer using the email address provided at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 2–5 days after shipment. This timeframe is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Delivery may occasionally take longer because of circumstances outside our direct control, including transportation disruptions, severe weather, customs processing, public holidays, local delivery conditions, or an incomplete delivery address.
Shipping Destinations
Abu Garcia ships worldwide. Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including all required apartment, unit, building, postal code, region, and country information.
Delivery availability may be limited when an address cannot be serviced or verified. If we are unable to process a shipment to the address provided, we will contact the customer for additional information.
Shipping Rates
Standard order delivery is included through our Free Worldwide Shipping service. Customers are not charged a standard shipping fee for delivery.
Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges are also included in the Free Worldwide Shipping service. If such charges apply to an order, they will be covered by Abu Garcia.
Shipment Tracking
When tracking is available, shipment information will be sent to the email address associated with the order.
Tracking details may require 1–3 days after shipment to appear or begin showing movement. A temporary lack of tracking activity during this period does not necessarily mean the package has stopped moving.
If tracking has not updated after 3 days from the shipment date, contact [email protected] with your full name and order number.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other government charges are included in Abu Garcia’s Free Worldwide Shipping service.
If any such fees occur in connection with an eligible shipment, they will be covered by us. Customers are not responsible for paying these charges as an additional shipping cost.
Customs authorities may still inspect a shipment or request information as part of their normal clearance procedures. These procedures may affect the delivery timeline.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for reviewing the delivery information entered at checkout. Abu Garcia cannot confirm successful delivery when an address is incomplete, inaccurate, or no longer accessible.
If you notice an address error, contact [email protected] as soon as possible and include your order number and the correct address.
We will review the request, but an address change may not be possible after an order has entered processing or has already shipped. Do not send sensitive payment information when requesting an address correction.
Delayed Shipments
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by transportation delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, local service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
If an order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, first review the available tracking details. If further assistance is needed, email [email protected] with your order number.
Lost Packages
If tracking has stopped updating for an extended period or you believe a package may be lost, contact Abu Garcia so the shipment can be reviewed.
Please include:
- Your full name and order number.
- The email address used to place the order.
- The complete delivery address.
- Any available tracking information.
- A brief description of the delivery issue.
Please allow time for the shipment status to be reviewed before a resolution is determined.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, check the delivery area, mailbox, building entrance, household members, and any secure location where the package may have been placed.
You should also confirm that the delivery address on the order is correct. If the package remains missing, contact [email protected] with your order and tracking details.
Damaged Packages
Inspect your shipment after delivery. If the package or its contents arrive damaged, contact Abu Garcia as soon as possible.
Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the outer package, shipping label, internal packaging, and affected item. Keep the packaging and all included materials while the issue is being reviewed.
Multiple-Package Orders
Items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages or at different times. When multiple tracking details are provided, review each shipment separately before reporting a missing item.
