Return Policy
Abu Garcia offers 30 Days Free Returns on eligible items. Please review the requirements below and contact our customer service team before sending any item back.

30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered. Return requests submitted after the 30-day return window may not be accepted.
All returns require prior approval and return instructions from Abu Garcia. Do not send an item to an address found on a shipping label, package, website, or other source unless our customer service team has specifically provided that return information for your request.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, an item must generally meet all of the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days after delivery.
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The item has not been altered, modified, installed, or damaged after delivery.
- Original packaging, labels, manuals, accessories, and included components are present.
- Proof of purchase or the applicable Abu Garcia order number is provided.
- The return has been approved by our customer service team before shipment.
Abu Garcia may decline a return when the item does not meet these eligibility requirements or when the condition of the returned item differs from the information provided in the return request.
Item Condition
Please handle and package your return carefully. Returned items must arrive in a condition suitable for inspection, with all original parts and materials included.
Customers may be responsible for loss in value caused by unnecessary handling, misuse, improper packaging, missing parts, or damage that occurs after delivery. An item that is returned incomplete or in an ineligible condition may be refused or may not qualify for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law:
- Items returned after the 30-day return window.
- Items that have been used, altered, modified, installed, or damaged after delivery.
- Items missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, or components.
- Items not purchased directly through the Abu Garcia store associated with this policy.
- Items clearly identified as non-returnable before purchase.
- Items marked as final sale before the order was placed.
How to Start a Return
You must contact Abu Garcia customer service before shipping any return. To request a return:
- Email [email protected] within 30 days after delivery.
- Include your full name, order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request.
- Include clear photographs when the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or different from what you ordered.
- Wait for our customer service team to review your request and provide the correct return instructions and return details.
- Package and send the item only after receiving those instructions.
Do not send a return without prior authorization. Returns sent without contacting customer service first may not be accepted.

Free Return Shipping
Abu Garcia provides free return shipping for approved returns that meet this policy's eligibility requirements. Our customer service team will provide the applicable return method or instructions after approving your request.
Return shipping costs arranged independently, without following the supplied instructions, may not be reimbursed. Abu Garcia is not responsible for items sent to an incorrect or unauthorized address.
Refund Process
After the returned item is received, it will be inspected to confirm its condition and eligibility. We will notify you when the inspection is complete and whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–15 days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
After a refund is processed, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit in your account.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, contact [email protected] within the 30-day return window. Exchange requests are subject to item eligibility and availability.
Our customer service team will explain the available options and provide return instructions when an exchange is approved. Do not send the original item back until you receive those instructions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, appears defective, or is different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging when relevant. Our team will review the information and provide the appropriate return or exchange instructions.
Do not discard the item, its packaging, or included components while your request is being reviewed.
Final Sale Items
An item is considered final sale only when it is clearly marked as final sale before purchase. Final sale items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or a return is otherwise required by applicable law.
