Apparel Body Measurements
The measurements below are body measurements in inches. They are intended to help you select an apparel size and are not finished garment dimensions.

How to Measure
Use a flexible measuring tape and keep it level around your body. The tape should rest comfortably against your clothing or skin without pulling tight.
Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level beneath your arms and across your shoulder blades.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline. Keep the tape comfortably fitted and avoid pulling it too tightly.
Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape level.
How to Choose Your Size
- Take each body measurement and compare it with the corresponding table row.
- Choose the size that accommodates your largest relevant measurement.
- Measure over lightweight clothing similar to what you expect to wear under the item.
- Keep the measuring tape level and comfortably fitted rather than tight.
- Repeat each measurement to confirm the result before selecting a size.
Fit Notes and Between-Sizes Advice
Fit may vary by product design, fabric, and intended use. A T-shirt, hoodie, or performance layer may feel different even when the same labeled size is selected.
If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the larger size for additional room or easier layering. Choose the smaller size only when you prefer a closer fit and your measurements remain within that size range.
